A purchase made through a documented deal room on Flow VIN is eligible for buyer protection. If the car doesn’t match what was agreed — you can file a claim and we’ll review it.
What’s covered
Protection for deals closed through a documented deal room with a seller on Flow VIN.
- A car sold with a material defect that wasn’t disclosed in the listing or during negotiation.
- A material discrepancy between the agreed condition of the car and what was received.
- Ownership/transfer documents that were not completed as agreed in the deal.
How to file a claim
File a claim from the deal room where the purchase was closed, and attach supporting documents.

Eligibility
Buyer protection applies only to a buyer in a verified deal — a car sold through a deal room you took part in as the buyer. Off-platform deals are not covered.
